He has directed load forecasting studies, market research initiatives, energy efficiency evaluations, and renewable energy studies for numerous utilities.

Josh Hoyt is a Principal Consultant and co-founder, with over two decades of experience. He has a strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and market research. He has directed load forecasting studies, energy efficiency program development and analysis, cost of service studies, and survey research studies for numerous utilities.
Steven Fenrick

Steve Fenrick is a Principal Consultant and partner at Clearspring Energy Advisors and Clearspring Research. Mr. Fenrick has over two decades of experience in the electric utility industry including substantial background in performance-based ratemaking, econometric cost and reliability benchmarking, data analysis, long range load forecasting, DSM analysis, and survey research.
